I am entering a new adventure and have retired from the health insurance sector after going back to work thinking “just 3 more years”. I lasted one year and realized that I didn’t want to work anymore and resigned. I just needed to put a period at the end of my professional career and I needed to be the one who decided to end it.
Ever since, I haven’t looked back and am taking great pleasure in my life. Grateful for my health, wealth, friends, home and beautiful and entertaining feline family, all bottle baby foster fails.
So here I am. I liked certain aspects of the social media I subscribed to including Facebook, However, Facebook has morphed into something very unsatisfying and very monetized which made me think. I wanted to take the best of social media and put it here.
So, I created “La Vita Farniente” (The Idle Life) for a social media space for my friend to post and keep up with me and each other. I am very much looking forward to this new adventure and where it leads us.
